From the recording Certain Kind of Woman

Certain Kind of Woman was written by a fellow band mate, Jack Godfrey, from the rock and country rock band, Winslow Ridge.  Jack has his own musical persona as Blues Media on Jango.  He wrote this song in the 1970's when Winslow Ridge was playing engagements around San Diego.  We covered the song for him, with his permission.  Another band mate from Winslow Ridge, Jim Heller, sings the lead and plays lead guitar.

Lyrics

There's a certain kind of woman that I'm thinkin' of.A certain kind of woman that I wanna love.A certain kind of woman really stirs my soul.A certain kind of woman makes me lose control.I know that I'll find her, I know that she's lookin' for me.I know when I find her, yeah, she's gonna set me free. There's a certain kind of woman makes me feel alright.A certain kind of woman helps me through the night.A certain kind of woman makes me feel so good.A certain kind of woman treats me like she should.I know that I'll find her, I know that she's lookin' for me.I know when I find her, yeah, she's gonna set me free. There's a certain kind of woman makes me feel so good.A certain kind of woman treats me like she should.A certain kind of woman really stirs my soul.A certain kind of woman makes me lose control.I know that I'll find her, I know that she's lookin' for me.I know when I find her, yeah, she's gonna set me free.
